Aurora’s Festival of Lights in Philips Park is one of the biggest and best light displays in the area during the holiday season. This dazzling drive through show—open for a full month—attracts over 20,000 visitors. The lights go on and the music begins on the hour! This nightly show starts in November and runs until the end of December. The 250,000 LED lights are choreographed to the music of the Trans-Siberian Orchestra for the largest commercial holiday light show in the Chicago area.

You’ll find the largest lights festival in the Chicago area at Brookfield Zoo with over a million twinkling lights, ice carvings, a 41-foot talking tree and much more. Over 50 acres of The Morton Arboretum come alive at Christmas time when Illumination magically changes the nature preserve into a wonderland of holiday color, music and entertainment. On the day after Thanksgiving every year they throw the switch and Mooseheart is lit up with 1.8 miles of brilliant holiday lights. For many area families, visiting Mooseheart at Christmas time has become an annual tradition. Each year you’ll find new and different displays that add to the excitement. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday on two weekends in December—from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm—you’ll find Santa Claus at Mooseheart waiting to visit with children. Naper Lights kicks off on Black Friday and continues through Christmas Eve. You’ll find Naper Settlement decorated with thousands of Christmassy lights and fabulous animated displays which are programmed to change colors and really come to life. Music for the light show is broadcast over “SantaFM”, 88.5 on you dial so you can enjoy holiday music while you watch the lights keep time with the music. A winter visit to Cosley Zoo has become a family tradition for many. Make it one of yours! Cosley Zoo is transformed into a winter wonderland with thousands of twinkling lights, an amazing selection of Christmas trees for you to purchase, hot chocolate, and holiday gifts. The Festival of Lights and Tree Sale begins the day after Thanksgiving (11/23/18) and continue through December 30.
The zoo is open 9 A-9 P daily; lights come on at 3 P.
Zoo Admissions is free during the Festival of Lights and Tree Sale. Donations are greatly appreciated.

Naperville Trolley Christmas Lights
Public Tour tickets go on sale August 1, 2018 and are purchased through a link on the "TICKETS" tab above.  Reservations are required, and most of these will sell out, so don't delay.  $18 per person, all ages.  Every heart beat from one day old to 99 years young needs a reservation.  A "lap baby" counts as a reservation needed.  We have rules we must follow.  Thank you very much!  Ding! Ding!

NORTHERN Tour:  This one hour Trolley Tour covers the northern part of Naperville (homes are mostly north of 75th street).  Norther Public Tour pick up location is Braconi's Pizza = 796 Royal St. George Drive, Naperville.

SOUTHERN Tour:  This one hour Trolley Tour covers the southern part of Naperville (homes are mostly south of 75th street).  Southern Public Tour pick up location is at Aurelio's Pizza = 1975 Springbrook Square, Naperville.

COMBO Tour:  This 2.5 hour tour covers most of the homes, and has a break half way. For the true "Clark Griswold" fans!

Weather:  If it is extremely cold or there is excessive snow, NT&T has the right to  cancel a night for the safety of all.  We don't ever WANT to cancel, but safety first.  Should this happen, 100% refund will be given to you.  Check our "weather" tab for updates every day in December.


POP UP TOURS:  If we are able, and time opens up for THAT NIGHT, we will post POP UP TOURS by 10:00am for additional public tours that will run THAT NIGHT.  We never know if/when they will happen, hence "POP UP"!  Watch our website for details.   Pop up tour tickets are $20 each.  Ding!
