In 2024, we're looking forward to a bright year ahead in Naperville, Illinois. There is so much fun to be had in Naperville, and my family doesn't want to miss a thing in 2024.
So, we have created a "Naperville Family Bucket List of Fun" for 2024 and wanted to share it with you! I hope it helps inspire you and your family to get out and explore Naperville in 2024!

- Head over to the DuPage Children's Museum.
- Try Urban Air Adventure Park.
- Grab yourself a cup of coffee and watch the kids play at Ball Factory or Playroom Cafe Two.
- Other fun indoor places to try are Funtopia, iFly, Naperville Yard, Toca Soccer, Riddle Box Escape Room, Top Golf, Whirlyball, Ultimate Ninjas, and Sky Zone.
- Or treat yourself to an arcade game at Bowlero, Chaser's Laser Tag, or the Main Event.
- Attend one or all of the Fairs and Festivals in the area. A few events are Naper Nights, Salute 4th of July Celebrations, Festa Italiana, Irish Fest, India Day Parade and Celebration, Last Fling, Labor Day Parade, and much more!
- Get creative and learn to paint at Pinot's Palette or create some pottery at Color Me Mine.

- There are many outdoor areas to experience in Naperville. We have a wonderful nature center right here in Naperville. Be sure to visit the Knoch Knolls Nature Center.
- Swing at as many playgrounds as you can.
- Take a long walk and enjoy the trails in Naperville and surrounding areas.
- Take part in a summer fun run!
- Swim or splash around at one or all of the water parks in the area.
- Enjoy our beautiful Riverwalk eating at one of our great restaurants or take a leisurely stroll.
- Treat yourself to fresh produce and attend a farmer's market.
- And don't forget the Naperville Park District. They provide recreation and park experiences that promote healthy lives, healthy minds, and a healthy community. They offer a fantastic line of summer camps and educational classes!

- You will definitely want to spend some time at Naperville Settlement. Experience a museum that connects visitors through engaging and fun experiences, special events, and programs. Sprawled across 13 acres, visitors can explore the beautiful museum grounds and 30 historic buildings and learn how the past relates to the present from costumed interpreters. In summer, stay for the ice cream social.
- Make time to visit Naperville Public Library! The Library Journal has named it a 5-Star Library again! This award is based on several different categories, including circulation, e-circulation, visits, program attendance, public computer use, wi-fi sessions, and e-retrievals. They have a wonderful children's program and great activities for teens. There is something for everyone!
- Stop at one of our great ice cream shops.
- Eat out as often as possible, especially for lunch and breakfast. Use the Dine Naperville resource to find your favorite.

- Spend some time outside of Naperville at Kline Creek Farm. While there, see the Maple Sugaring demonstration in March!
- Try one of three zoos: Brookfield Zoo, Lincoln Park Zoo, and Cosley Zoo.
- Spend the day in nature at the DuPage County Forest Preserve or the Will County Forest Preserve.
- Cantigny Park offers something for everyone. Take the day and stroll through the gardens, museums, dining options, picnic areas, hiking trails, educational opportunities, and more.
- Another wonderful place to enjoy nature is Morton Arboretum. It is a public garden and outdoor museum with a library, herbarium, and program in tree research, including the Center for Tree Science. Also, check out the new Wonder Woods Mini Golf.
