7 Things To Do In October With Kids in Naperville

October ... just the word brings to mind beautiful fall leaves, cool nights, apples, fall celebrations, and pumpkins! But that's not all! Did you know Taco Day is in October too? Turns out there's so much to celebrate and do this month in Naperville. Here are seven ideas on how to celebrate the month of October in Naperville with your kids.


1. Crunch into tacos

Oct. 4 

Celebrate Taco Day with a visit to Taco Fresco, Fat Rosie's Taco & Margarita Bar, or Front Street Cantina!


2. Get lost in a corn maze!

'Tis the season for willingly entering a field of corn … and then trying to find your way out. Good luck! Here is where to find corn mazes around Naperville.

3. Suck up some noodles

Make a Difference Day is on Oct. 2! It's a great time to find a place in Naperville where you can volunteer with your kids. Some family-friendly volunteer opportunities in the Naperville area include: Feed my Starving Children, Loaves & Fishes, or the Inside Out Club.
