Getting to throw handful of brightly colored powder at friends and foes seems too good to be true. Yes it’s true! Simply Vedic invites all members of the public, from people with understanding of festival to ne’er-do-wells who simply get a kick out of chucking dyed powder at strangers to celebrate the festival of color. "Holi - The Festival of colors" announces the passing of winter and arrival of spring. People bury their hatchets with a warm embrace and throw their worries to the wind. Festival promotes friendship while offering an occasion to forgive and forget.

Spring weather can be unpredictable, but that doesn't mean the fun has to stop.  Naperville has several indoor attractions that are ideal for keeping the little ones entertained on rainy days:

DuPage Children's Museum

Let your child lead the way through our exhibit neighborhoods
Here, kids are the experts from whom we can learn. Watch, and be proud of what they can accomplish – but don’t forget to play along yourself… You’ll be amazed by what you will learn together. Key learning concepts are presented through a variety of fun, interactive exhibit experiences grouped in themed neighborhoods, to encourage kids to make and share connections.

Ball Factory

Ball Factory is an indoor playground with a café and private party rooms, designed in a unique style that parents will also enjoy!  The mega-sized playground brings a modern approach to children’s fitness through active play. The play areas provide a safe, clean, and fun place for kids to play and to keep them moving! With a variety of play areas for kids to explore,  gated toddler and baby areas, a ball blasting arena, mega blocks, and more our play place offers an exciting setting for crawlers up to 12 years old.

Funtopia

At Funtopia we believe in movement – in being physically and mentally active while enjoying what you do and having fun. Moving is all about finding an activity that works for you – conquer the heights of the Fun Walls, balance through the Ropes Course, race through the Ninja Course, or play in the Toddler Area.
